constructed to retain the site boundary along the length of a new access road to a new industrial development. Investigate and test soil prior to anchoring <STRONG>gabion wall</STRONG>.<BR>5.&nbsp; Wire material and method of spacing (lacing, welded mesh, spiral binders) used to fasten and anchor gabions should meet or exceed ASTM and other standard industry requirements.<BR>6. Crimp corner stiffeners close at both ends and ensure they are hooked over crossing wires.<BR>7. Attach stiffeners or other wire during the fill process to maintain shape and gabion integrity.<BR>8. End panels that abut another <STRONG><A href="http://www.gabions-china.com/Gabion-baskets/"><EM>gabion basket</EM></A></STRONG> can be eliminated. Similarly, the top of a basket can serve as the bottom of another when stacking courses.<BR>9. Gabion baskets come in roll form, precut panels, or partially assembled.10. While fill material can be machine-placed in gabions at certain heights, hand disbursement should be employed as well to reduce voids. Hand disbursement will also add to the aesthetics of the <STRONG>gabion wall</STRONG>.<BR>11.
